Optional registration

Registration is optional (you will still be able to download MANTIS even if you fill none of the fields below). However, registration is useful for us to plan future upgrades (and let you know about it) ... and it can help us demonstrating, to funding agencies, the necessity to continue funding the project. Thanks a lot for trying MANTiS.
